I've now ordered three different stamps and they are all excellent. I have one design in particular with a lot of small detail, but the stamp came our great. The stamp images include my business logo and other original designs I'm using on product packaging, so it was really important to have a quality stamp. And that's exactly what we received. Custom stamp did not come with the right ink pad size. I think just checking that the ink pad is correct is the bare minimum. The stamp itself is low quality. The silicone was already peeling away from the wood and the handle is very loose and not centered. Very disappointing.
I would highly recommend!! My stamp was perfect , just as I had asked for! Price was great and the service and communication to make sure it was what I wanted was very much appreciated. Will definitely be the first person I contact for future projects of this nature. Very pleased!

I have mixed feelings about the whole process ordering from this seller. Initially, I was very frustrated because my parcel had gotten lost during shipping, it had already been a while since I placed my order, and the seller was lagging in their response to this issue. After I got Support involved the seller agreed to send me a replacement. My lost parcel ended up arriving after all, but the stamp had an issue (inverted image). Then my replacement order arrived and THAT stamp had no issues, finally. In the end I received what I ordered but the process of getting it was… tedious and frustrating.
